2 lbs. Flounder fillets Milk Flour salt and pepper to taste 1/2 c. butter 6 oz. slivered almonds Juice of 2 lemons 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Dip fish in milk and coat with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and saute fillets slowly, browning on both sides. Remove fish to a warm platter. Saute almonds in butter remaining in pan. Add lemon juice and parsley. Spoon almonds and sauce over fish and serve immediately. |
