Yellow cake mix with pudding in
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with rhubarb that has been tossed with 1 cup sugar. Over all pour the pint of cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
