JALAPENO DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. jalapeno cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
Tortilla chips, crackers, or other chips

In mixer bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese. Beat at medium speed until smooth. By hand stir in all remaining ingredients, except chips. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite chips and crackers. You may substitute Jalapeno Jack or Picante cheese.
