BAKED CHICKEN PIE 
1 whole chicken
1 c. carrots, sm. chunks
1/2 c. peas, drained
1 c. potatoes, sm. pieces
Jiffy Biscuit Mix
1/4 c. flour
1 c. water
9x13 baking dish

Boil chicken, cook until tender. Debone chicken - save broth. Using 1/4 cup flour, mix with 1 cup water to make flour paste. Add paste to boiling chicken broth. Cook until thickened. Add vegetables and chicken to broth, reserving 1 cup of vegetables and chicken.

Make biscuit dough using recipe on Jiffy box. Drop biscuit dough by tbsp. over vegetables and chicken. Pour rest of vegetable mixture over biscuit dough - repeat. Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
