BARBARA'S CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts

Cover with water and simmer until tender. Remove cooked meat from bones and place in the bottom of 8x10 inch Pyrex casserole.

SECOND LAYER:

1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained sliced water chestnuts
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix and pour on chicken.

THIRD LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 c. melted butter

Stir together and spread on second layer. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 35 minutes. Serves 6-8.
