FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Mix and press first layer ingredients into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix together the second layer ingredients and pour over the crust.

Mix the third layer ingredients and pour over the rest. Lastly, top with the Cool Whip and garnish with nuts.
