ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
2 c. peeled and grated squash
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Place first two ingredients in blender, blend until they look like milk. Pour in bowl. Add next ingredients. Mix well, sift in next 5 ingredients. Add nuts, blend well. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
