1 c. butter
1 c. corn oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream the above. Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 c. & 2 tbsp. sifted flour

Refrigerate overnight (or 8 hours). Roll about a teaspoonful of dough into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with sugared glass. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. (These cookies are so delicious and easy to make you'll never make another recipe of sugar cookies!) Makes 90-100.
