QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, add sugar, then eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Add vanilla. Pour half batter into lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Cover with 1/2 of nut mixture, then rest of batter and top with remaining nut mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

NUT MIXTURE:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. finely chopped nuts
