1 cube butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
12 frozen cheese blintzes (Golden in the frozen food section)
9 x 13 pan.

Melt butter. Dip frozen blintzes in butter and place in 9 x 13 dish. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Serve with sour cream and jam.
