ORZO CHICKEN SOUP 
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 heaping tbsp. Prince Orzo
Parsley
4 c. water
Butter

Combine bouillon cubes, water and Orzo. Add parsley and a pat of butter. Cook until tender. Use Orzo in place of rice in any recipe. For a nourishing hot cereal--boil, drain, add butter (or warm milk).
