CHEESE POTATOES 
3 to 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 can celery soup
1 carton sour cream
1 chopped onion
salt to taste

Cook potatoes until done. Put in baking dish and mix in all other ingredients. Top with 1 cup cornflakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
