RED VELVEETA CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. white vinegar
2 lg. eggs

Pour in three 9 inch pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
