PRISCILLA POTATOES 
1 lg. (42 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
Chopped onion and green peppers (optional)

Spread frozen potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours.
