LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. glove garlic or garlic salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste

Brown meat, skim off fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer uncovered until thick. Takes about 1/2 hour. Cook 6 oz. lasagna noodles according to directions on package.

3 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix above ingredients in bowl. Have ready sliced 1 pound Mozzarella cheese (can use sharp Cheddar with Mozzarella or Cheddarella cheese is good to use). Place half of noodles in 9x13x2 inch pan, then half of cottage cheese mixture. Then half pound sliced cheese, then half of meat sauce. Repeat layers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Take out and let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
