AUSSIE WHISKEY CREAM ROYALE 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
6 c. hot strong black coffee
2 c. milk
750 ml bottle whiskey
1 c. rum
Pinch of nutmeg

Place ice cream in large bowl, add hot coffee, stir until ice cream is melted. Stir in milk, whiskey and rum; cool, chill well. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving. Makes about 4 quarts.
