CHEDDAR CHILL 
1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jello
1 lb. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello as directed. Cool in refrigerator until Jello is cool not solid. Add Cool Whip. Mix well. Add shredded cheese and pineapple mixing thoroughly. Save 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to sprinkle on top. Chill in glass cake pan. Serve on lettuce leaf. Nice as dessert or salad. Especially good with ham.
