2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. diced, raw apples
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Grated nuts

Beat eggs. Add sugar and cream together. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add alternately with oil. Stir in apples and nuts. Bake in 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Frost when cool, with frosting and top with nuts.
