2 c. sugar
2 c. (1 can) mashed carrots
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix all above ingredients together. Grease tube pan and bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
