CAVATZONE (GROUND BEEF) 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced parsley

MAYONNAISE BISCUIT DOUGH:

Add 2/3 cup milk and 1/4 cup mayonnaise to 2 cups Bisquick. Mix well with fork. (I increase amounts and make dough a little thinner.)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cook beef, add onion until clear. Mix in rest of ingredients. Spread half of the biscuit dough on bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Spread meat mix over dough. Top with rest of biscuit dough (use fork or fingers to spread).

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water

Heat and serve on top.
