IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie pan.

Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. May add ham and mushrooms, etc. if desired.
