LEMON MERINGUE PIE FILLING 
3 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
Zest from 1 lemon

Bring these ingredients to a boil.

1 c. water
2/3 c. cornstarch
5 egg yolks

Mix together and add gradually to above mixture. Fold in 1 stick of butter and place in prebaked pie shells. Makes 2 pies.
