1 c. flour
Pinch salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Stir the above ingredients and add 1 cup of sweet milk. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 2 quart pyrex dish.

In boiler put 1 1/2 cups of peaches, add 3/4 cup of juice. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over mixture in dish, sprinkle 3/4 cup of sugar over mixture. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
