OLD EUROPE VEAL 
16 veal tenders or 8 turkey breast slices

Dip each slice of meat into a mixture of: 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano

Then dip into mixture of: 1/2 c. light cream or milk

This dip into mixture of: 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. fine chopped parsley

Brown in a mixture of: 2 tbsp. butter

Add more, if necessary. Place meat in baking dish. Add 1 1/2 cups Chablis wine to skillet, stir into drippings. Bring to a boil. Pour over meat. Cover and bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
