1 box Betty Crocker German chocolate SuperMoist cake mix

Use a 9 x 15 jelly roll pan. Prepare cake mix, following directions on box.

Icing:

1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
walnuts (if desired)

Bring milk, butter and cocoa just to a boil. Take off the stove and add vanilla and sugar. Spread over the hot cake; add walnuts if desired.
