BAKED SALMON LOAF 
3/4 c. homo. milk
1 slice white bread, diced
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 flat can (7 3/4 oz.) salmon
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan. Set oven temperature at 350 degrees. Remove liquid, bones and skin from salmon. Break up with a fork. Heat milk, butter and bread to a mush. Don't let it boil.

Beat egg light. Add salt. Combine salmon, egg and milk mixture. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Serves 3-4.
