CHEWY PEANUT BROWNIES 
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Microwave butter in 8 x 8 inch glass or ceramic dish until melted - about 45 seconds. Stir in brown sugar, peanut butter and eggs until creamy. Add flour, vanilla, salt and baking powder. Stir in peanuts. Spread evenly in dish. Microwave 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after every 1 1/2 minutes of cooking, or until top is no longer damp. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
