1/3 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tbsp. sifted flour 1 c. milk 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. salt Unbaked pie pastry Cream butter and sugar together; stir in flour. Add the eggs, mix well; add milk, nutmeg and salt. Pour into unbaked pastry. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes; reduce to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. |
