CHICKEN BREAST WITH DRIED BEEF 
2 jars dried beef
8 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Paprika

Line large flat 2 to 3 quart casserole dish with beef. Roll breasts with a slice of bacon and place on top of beef. Combine soup and sour cream, pour over chicken, sprinkle with paprika. Cover casserole dish with foil. Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours in a 300 degree oven. Remove foil last 1/2 hour to brown. Do not cook too fast or sauce will cook away. Serves 8.
