LONE RANGER COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oats
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut
1 banana

Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, shortening, vanilla and eggs. Add rest of ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
