MANICOTTI 
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
8 oz. Mozzarella
2 lbs. Ricotta
2 eggs
1 tsp. parsley

Beat 3 eggs slightly; add lukewarm water. Add flour a little at a time. Use 8-inch pan to make crepe. Mix remaining ingredients to make filling. Fill each crepe with filling mixture and bake in your favorite sauce at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
