BOJANGLES BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. double acting baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. Crisco

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and Crisco. Stir until little balls appear. Add buttermilk and stir quickly until mix does not stick to the side of bowl. Turn out on a floured board. Roll it around for 5 minutes with hand, then roll with rolling pin until it is 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a 3 1/2 inch cutter. Grease baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 8 biscuits.
