CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST AND TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. XXX sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix all together. Pat into greased cake pan, save some for topping. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 lg. box lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Pour boiling water over Jello and let set until jelly-like. Chill and whip milk in large bowl. Put bowl, beaters, and milk in refrigerator. Mix together vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar. Pour into Jello mixture. Put on top of crust and top with crumbs.
