TOP OF THE STOVE STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Small clove garlic, finely chopped

Melt butter, add shrimp and cook until almost done. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly until crumbs turn a deep golden brown. Serves 6.
