FRUIT SALAD 
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
16 oz. peach slices, drained
3 bananas, sliced
2 apples, chopped with skins

Can add fresh fruit like blueberries or raspberries if desired.

Cut all fruit in bite size pieces in a large bowl. Mix gently and set aside.

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1/3 concentrated (frozen) orange juice, undiluted
3/4 c. sour cream

Beat with wire whip until mixed. Put this in with fruit and mix with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate to cool.
