POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. crushed corn flakes
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Step 1: Thaw potatoes.

Step 2: Mix with next 6 ingredients.

Step 3: Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 4: Sprinkle with corn flakes crumbs.

Step 5: Drizzle butter over casserole.

Step 6: Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
