BIG MAMA PEACH SQUARES | |
2 c. flour 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. butter (softened) 4 eggs (slightly beaten) 2 ripe peaches (mashed) 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cornstarch Dough: Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until well blended. Press dough into 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine rest of the ingredients Mix well and pour the peach mixture over the hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar. |
