3 c. peanuts (raw)
1 pt. water
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Karo syrup (white)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and boil until mixture forms hard ball in cold water. Remove from fire and add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Stir in real well. Add peanuts. Pour out onto a greased cookie sheet or drop into patties. If you want these pink add just a little red food coloring.
