CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
2 chicken breasts or 1 split broiler
1 c. raw reg. rice
1 c. water
1 can chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
8 carrots or 8 parsnips

Put rice in 13x9 pan. Add water and chicken broth. Lay chicken on top, vegetable around chicken. Mix soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 325 degrees, 1 1/2 hours.
