YAKI JOBA 
1 head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. bean sprouts
1 1/2 lbs. thin sliced beef, chicken, or pork
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. peanut oil

Cut meat in 1/4 inch thick (2 inch pieces). Cut cabbage into 1/2 inch strips as long as possible. Slice peppers and onion into hot skillet; add oil. Brown meat; combine cabbage, green peppers, and onions in water and soy sauce. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Put in cooked Ramen noodles without seasoning packet, along with meat. Cook on medium heat for 90 minutes. Take off heat; mix in bean sprouts and serve.
