BREAKFAST CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
1 beaten egg white

Beat cream cheese with egg yolk. Add the sugar and vanilla. Roll out 1 package rolls. Place in an 11 x 14 inch pan. Pour cheese mixture over. Place other rolled rolls over. Spread the beaten egg white over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
