BUTTER CROISSANT ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
6 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
9 c. flour

Mix yeast with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 cups of water. Add melted butter, remainder of the sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and salt. Mix well and let rise 2 hours. Stir down and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll each of 5 pieces into a circle and spread each with melted butter. Cut into 12 wedges and roll into crescents. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise 4-5 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
