GOLDEN CREAM SOUP (POTATO) | |
1 1/2 c. boiling water 3 c. potatoes, diced 1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional) 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Add water to potatoes, celery, onion, parsley and seasonings. Cover, cook until tender. Blend flour with small amount of milk. Stir into potato mixture. Add remaining milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Stir until melted. |
