SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
2 c. cooked shell noodles
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 hard cooked egg, sliced

Add shrimp, noodles, celery, parsley and pickles. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, onions, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Toss lightly. Chill. Serve on green salad. Garnish with egg slices.
