BERNAISE CHICKEN 
Wash 1 chicken cut up, skin on, pat dry. Grease a covered glass casserole. Place chicken in casserole. Add 1 1/2 cups white long cooking rice. Combine:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 to 1 1/2 can cold water
1 Knorr Bernaise sauce mix

Pour over chicken/rice. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees covered.
