BEEFY MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. water 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. olives, sliced 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked 2 c. cubed American cheese In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Blend in tomato sauce, water, oregano, salt and olives; simmer 10 minutes. In 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer half macaroni, half meat sauce and half cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
