MACARONI SALAD 
1 pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) pimentos (drained & diced)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni in 6 cups rapidly boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes; stirring frequently until tender, but firm. Drain noodles; add cheese package; stir well.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix ingredients with macaroni. Toss with fork and season to taste. Chill thoroughly before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
