3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple sweetened in its own juice, undrained
2 c. diced ripe bananas

Mix dry ingredients; stir by hand to add oil, pineapple and juice, eggs and bananas. Bake in a greased tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
