HOLIDAY PILAF | |
1 c. diced celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 4 tbsp. oil 2 vegetable bouillon cubes 1/4 tsp. salt 4 oz. sliced mushrooms with liquid 8 ripe olives, sliced 2 tbsp. raisins 2 c. cooked peas 2 c. cooked brown rice Simmer celery and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add bouillon, salt, mushrooms, olives and raisins. Stir and bring to a boil. Add peas and rice and heat through. |
