CHICKEN QUICHE 
Pasty for 9" one crust pie
1 c. cut up, cooked chicken
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
4 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Prepare pastry. Sprinkle chicken, cheese and onion in pastry lined plate (or quiche pan). Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Beat in remaining ingredients and pour over meat in pie plate. Cook uncovered in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Cook uncovered until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.
